Step into a world of holiday wonder during Karlan Christmas: Parade of Trees. This beloved annual tradition transforms the historic Karlan Mansion into a festive showcase of creativity and community spirit.

Wander through the beautifully decorated rooms, each featuring a unique Christmas tree or display designed by local organizations, schools and businesses. From elegant themes to whimsical touches, every tree tells its own story.

As you stroll through the mansion, enjoy the sounds of classic holiday music filling the air and the timeless charm of one of Virginia’s most treasured historic homes. Celebrate the joy of the season and connect with friends, family and the community.

Admission: $2 per person; children 12 and under are free

Takes place from Nov. 28 to Dec. 21:
Fridays and Saturdays, 5 to 8 p.m.
Sundays, 2 to 5 p.m.
