Howl-O-Ween returns with a ghastly good time for dogs and their people! Join Harlan Tourism and the Harlan County Friends of the Shelter at the City of Harlan Dog Park on Friday October 24th. Registration begins at 5:30 PM with treats and contests beginning at 6:00 PM.

Costume categories are Spookiest, Most Original, Best Couple (owner & pet), and Best Dressed.

We think ALL dogs deserve treats so we're encouraging visitors to bring a donation for the animals at the Harlan County Animal Shelter! Food, treats, toys, cat litter, and cleaning supplies are always appreciated!
