This is a popular yet challenging 9-mile round trip day hike that lives up to it's reputation. At nearly 3500 feet elevation, White Rocks is the highest overlook in the tri-state area. It offers unparalleled views from it's sheer 500 foot cliffs. Sand Cave is equally impressive and is known as the largest sandstone shelter in Kentucky. Don't forget to bring plenty of snacks and water, as well as your camera.
